Legal disclaimer
At Vidorra, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances or illness. We ask that you contact us to give us at least 12 hours' notice before cancelling a class booking and at least 48 hours' notice before cancelling a 1 to 1 private consultation. If we are given the required notice, we will be happy to reschedule your booking to another time or date or issue you with a credit note or refund.
If you do not give us the required cancellation notice or fail to turn up for a class or consultation, no refunds will be given.
Refund Policy - the shop
For purchases from our shop, whether purchased online or in the studio, we are happy to issue a refund with proof of purchase as long as the item you wish to return is completely sealed and in its original, resaleable condition. Please retain proof of purchase when purchasing.
How refunds work
We will endeavour to issue your refund within 5 working days. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or offer a full or partial refund or a credit note.
