September: A Month of Endings, Letting Go, and Renewal
September is here, carrying with it the energy of the number 9 in numerology — a number of endings, completion, and release. Just as the trees prepare to shed their leaves, September encourages us to let go of what no longer serves us, so we can step into a new season feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned.
At Vidorra Wellness, we embrace this theme of release and renewal. Our September timetable is filled with classes and practices designed to help you reset your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re looking to ground yourself, strengthen your body, or invite more stillness into your week, we have a space for you.

This September, we invite you to step into the studio and allow yourself the gift of release. As the number 9 reminds us, endings are not losses — they are the gateway to new beginnings.

This Sunday, September 7th, I will be guiding a gentle breathwork session at 11:45 AM as part of the Here’s Health Wellness Event at Rochestown Park Hotel. Breathwork is a powerful way to release stress, calm the nervous system, and restore balance — perfectly aligned with September’s theme of letting go. Best of all, the event is supporting wonderful Cork charities, so by joining you’re not only nurturing your own wellbeing, but also giving back to the local community.
